I am the Chairman Emeritus of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. and practice in the firm\'s Business Law and Real Estate Practice Groups. From 2006 to 2020, I served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Reinhart. I represent and counsel clients in a variety of industries including real estate, private equity, banking, financial institutions, transportation, construction and manufacturing. I advise clients on every aspect of acquiring, growing and eventually selling a business including capitalization and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and succession planning.
