18 years solving hard problems at the intersection of hardware and software.Started with CUDA in 2008 when GPU computing barely existed. Built fault-tolerant distributed solvers that ran on cores and 200+ GPUs across European supercomputers. Reduced a 1-hour computation to 4 seconds. Diagnosed memory bandwidth bottlenecks by reading hardware counters and tuning DRAM controllers. Ported 25 million lines of C++ across 5 platforms. Rendered 6 billion cells interactively on a laptop.Then I built the infrastructure side: scaled a team from 2 to 12, architected AWS platforms processing 1 TB/day for 300+ customers across 5 countries, passed compliance audits, neutralized targeted attacks on production VPN infrastructure.I write C++, CUDA, and Python. I\'ve published 15+ papers. I\'ve managed petabytes and supercomputers. I\'ve also managed people, budgets, and vendor relationships. But what I do best is look at a system, find where it breaks, and fix it at the right level of abstraction.Looking for Staff/Principal Engineer roles where the problems are genuinely hard.
