ABOUT JÉRÔME DOLLING
Germany Program Lead at Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB), dedicated to harnessing the benefits of displaced talent mobility for German businesses and society. Passionate about advancing innovative labor mobility pathways that create equal opportunities for economies in the Global North, international talent, and the communities they have lived in.Before joining TBB, I gained extensive experience in migration practice, policy, and research at the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), Imagine Foundation, Bertelsmann Foundation, and several research institutes and think tanks. I have been fortunate to contribute to two editions of IOM’s flagship World Migration Report. I’m also actively involved in the Diversity Working Group of the Carlo Schmid Alumni Network, where I support underrepresented and disadvantaged groups in accessing career opportunities at UN agencies and international organizations. My academic background in development economics and my professional journey have made me a strong advocate for realpolitik migration policies that create win-win situations and recognize individuals based on their competencies and skills.
