Jerome Cash, an African American native of Cleveland Heights, Ohio, embodies the spirit of resilience and growth. After attending Cleveland Heights High School & graduating from Lutheran East, Jerome pursued higher education with determination. He earned a psychology degree from the University of Akron, followed by a master\'s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University.Specializing in trauma, depression, addiction, autism, adhd & beyond, Jerome\'s client roster reads like a cross-section of society: high schoolers grappling with transitions of self, college students navigating new pressures, adults seeking balance, & couples rekindling connections. As a trauma-informed Licensed Professional Counselor, Jerome goes beyond traditional therapy; he\'s a catalyst for transformative change in Greater Cleveland.Jerome\'s dedication to mental health advocacy led him to co-found Express Not Suppress Foundation, an innovative nonprofit aimed at revolutionizing mental and spiritual health care in Northeast Ohio. Empower minds & transform lives, ENS is committed to providing comprehensive, accessible programs that support diverse & underserved populations. By fostering a vibrant, inclusive community, Jerome & ENS strive to break down barriers to mental health care, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to thrive & reach their full potential.As a board member of A Better Way Inc. Sobriety Living & L.E.A.D. Jerome embodies the principles of service, unity, and personal growth & healing. His innovative use of Hip-hop Therapy as the \"Cope Dealer Facilitator\" with Peel Dem Layers Back is breaking new ground in therapeutic engagement. Jerome recognizes the power of hip-hop as a therapeutic tool, leveraging its cultural relevance and expressive nature to help clients process emotions, build resilience, and develop healthy coping mechanisms. This approach not only bridges cultural gaps in mental health care but also provides a familiar and engaging medium for self-expression and healing. Recently, Jerome achieved a ASDCS (Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist) certification, focusing on trauma informed care groups for the Neurodivergent adults & parent support groups who have neurodivergent children. Jerome is very involved & dedicated in the church, where he serves as a Deacon and Facilitator for the youth program,\'S.W.A.G. Sundays\' Saved With Amazing Grace. As a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, Jerome is servant, Community healer & leader.\"First of All, Servants of All, We Shall Transcend All.\"
