Currently serving as an Internal Organizational Transformation & Effectiveness Consultant and Value Realization Lead.Key Initiatives:• • Serving as a Program Manager for the HPE End-to-End (e2e) Business Solution Architect (BSA) Master Certification Training Program, a blended learning program where business process engineers learn to develop level 3 process maps and to apply the end-to-end level 3 (L3) design review process and as well as apply it on a current enterprise-wide information technology (IT) project over a 10-month timeline. Continuously develop and revise e-learning and virtual instructor-led (blended) content for each cohort. Recruit process engineers, IT engineers, project mentors, and finance consultants for the program. Serve as the Value Realization Mentor for each participant project. Mentor Finance Consultants and project team members throughout each phase of the project. Calculate, track, and report on the final value of each initiative for its impact to the enterprise.• Incorporating Value Realization best practices from the BSA program into HPE’s Long-Term Planning (LTP) process. Recruited and onboarded finance consultants to assemble a team of finance leads to revamp the Business Case and Investment Council templates that business units use to request funding for large-budget projects. The long-range goal of this effort is to create a process where business units submit a projected value realization calculation using a Pro-Forma Financial Model into LTP as part of the funding request.
