About Jeroen Teeuw

I am a passionate, hands on designer who loves any design challenge, big or small.My design work does not fit in buckets as I am a staunch advocate for blending architecture, interiors and other design disciplines seamlessly. I am an explorer, an instigator and a mentor always pushing the boundaries with an eye on the goal line. My process is highly collaborative and I take pride in mentoring and being mentored by those around me as I continue to be hands on and in the trenches. My role tends to run through every phase of design since I find tremendous value in the full design cycle.My portfolio of work is varied and diverse including architecture, master planning, repositioning and interior work for corporate and academic clients mostly in the U.S. Projects span a variety of market sectors and include, feasibility studies, ground up, build to suit or spec along with large and small scale interior work and competition work.My projects go beyond a cool image and if they receive an award, it is merely a byproduct. I believe that the strongest design solutions become apparent through research, observation and gaining an intimate understanding of our clients and the challenge presented.Beyond the ongoing project work, I am involved in many local office related initiatives and pursuits as well as running design focused teams. In addition to project work, I am also passionate around hiring and recruiting and am constantly looking for new team members for all our studios that fit the bill as it relates to talent and culture.
