Entrepreneurial design engineer with over 9 years of experience in applying user research, design thinking, and prototyping to solve complex challenges and deliver value for users and stakeholders. As the Managing Director of Koos‘ Berlin office, I lead a team of service design, UX/UI design and innovation experts who help clients across various sectors and regions create more user- and customer-centric products, services, and policies. At Koos, a certified B Corp, I am passionate about making a positive impact on society and the environment through design and innovation. Some of the Koos projects I am proud of include designing the Dutch Covid Passport app for 17 million people, helping Careem, a leading mobility app in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, improve its user experience, and supporting the City of Amsterdam in developing human-centric policies for education and childcare.
