ABOUT JEREMY MASON

If you’re looking for someone with a strong analytical background and the ability to effectively communicate findings to a wide range of audiences, then look no further. As somewhat of a renaissance man, I pride myself on spearheading new challenges that drive innovation. Whether in a professional setting, such as in five years of experience as a BI Analyst, or in my personal life, such as in volunteering in South East Asia; I have intentionally sought out experiences to expand my repertoire of applicable hard/soft skills. These experiences have allowed me to develop a work philosophy which drives out of the box solutions to complex real world problems. These solutions could vary from remapping intricate big data infrastructures to developing cutting edge machine learning models. Here are a few highlights from my unconventional path which have influenced my creative mentality; working in four different sectors (Sales, Investment Banking, Non-Profits, Advertising), starting my own business at sixteen, developing an Ecological Village in Thailand, and self teaching myself French and Spanish fluently.Finally, as someone who hates wasting time as much as the next guy, I’m passionate about all things automation. From game theory workflow optimization to predictive KPI modeling that drives business decisions, I’m one of the few who considers automating myself out of a job a real success! Therefore, to support those endeavors I have developed a strong technical background in R, SQL, HTML Scripting, and PowerBI to highlight a few and I am currently in the process of working on my Python and Alteryx certifications.
