   My role improves the daily operations of the cash office across Target’s 1900+ stores – specifically, driving accountability for new store set ups, deposit accuracy, daily problem solving, and cash recycler functionality. I dispute and recoup millions of dollars annually from misplaced deposits and change orders that were lost by armored couriers, banks, and stores. My role supports and oversees the cash office escalation process to ensure that all Target stores can operate on the sales floor smoothly. This includes managing the relationship with armored carriers, cash recycler vendors, and bank relationships to provide consistent service to all Target stores.Additionally, my role reviews and processes invoices for banks, cash recycler vendors, ordering cash office supplies and supporting the implementation of new technology in all cash offices in Target stores. This position requires the ability to adapt quickly, problem solve and utilize and apply critical thinking skills. Project management, customer service and team building skills are also key characteristics in addition to application of innovative solutions. My academic and professional background has equipped me to effectively work with a large stakeholder base and partner with several teams both internally and externally across Store Operations, New Store Teams, Store teams, Contractors, Sales Audit, Recon, Procurement, Asset Protection, Legal, Target’s leadership teams, Banks, Cash Recycler vendors, Product Supply Vendors, Structural Engineers, and Third-party vendors. This role changes daily depending on any impacts to the cash office; Such as coin shortage, natural disasters, robberies, scams, etc.
