Serve as the senior subject matter expert associated with configuration, training and processes and procedures related to the Medical Center’s Kronos Workforce Central Application. Analyze and evaluate operational requests to determine optimal solution best for end users and the Medical Center. • Serve as senior subject matter expert for Kronos Workforce Central Timekeeper, Absence Management and Workforce Scheduler • Configure pay rules and work rules to address new policies and procedures• Create new locations, jobs, workload planner, schedule generator, rule set for units implementing Workforce Scheduler• Create Shift Manager training manual to educate Charge Nurses on the functionality with Workforce Scheduler• Manage Kronos Intranet Site which contains all things Kronos for the Medical Center• Overhaul attendance profiles to align with the Medical Center attendance policies• Create training job aids to educate end users on the system’s functionality• Provide tier support for 8600 end users• Lead brown bags sessions to educate Super-users on existing and new functionality• Lead training for Super-users and end users• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement within the application• Troubleshoot or replace Kronos InTouch Terminals • Identify root cause in order to rectify errors within the Transaction Assistant• Partner with System Engineer to create and manage inbound and outbound integration with Workday HCMAccomplishments:• Received the “Friend of Nursing” award for the hard work and dedication shown during the Workforce Scheduler Implementation.
