Functions in the role of a Revenue implementation trainer/IT support for a large hospital initiating an EMR, using the Epic software- Responsible for training Grady staff on EPIC Cadence, ADT-Prelude and HIM software as well as supporting issue resolution on all EPIC applications via Help-Desk/floor support. Created training material and edit existing material to fit enduser workflows- Validated and tested workflows during the 2014 Upgrade- Participated in go-live implementation of several Grady outpatient clinics- Organized and conducted training for end-users in preparation for go-lives- Provided onsite floor support to end-users during clinic go-lives- Participated in workflow validation sessions and script testing with application coordinators- Provide one-on-one and group training to various Epic end-users- Create and maintain supplemental training materials including Quick Start Guides and tip-sheets for Epic end-users. Attended weekly planning and development meetings in preparation for upcoming go-lives. Shadowed end-users in clinics to validate current state workflows. Reviewed NOVA notes for 2014 upgrades.
