From serving in the US Army to honing my skills in Michelin-starred kitchens, I’ve always sought roles that push the limits of discipline and collaboration. These experiences have instilled in me that success isn’t just about delivering results — it’s about aligning those results with a deeper purpose and caring for the people behind the work. In my transition to the nonprofit sector, I co-led initiatives focused on the development of young adults, encouraging them to reflect on societal challenges and their role in addressing global issues.
