Responsible for underwriting, operations, claims, product development, digital distribution, credit control, and capacity relationships at OSR — a specialist MGA delivering cyber insurance through broker channels and a growing direct-to-consumer offering.Oversee the ongoing development and management of OSR’s cyber insurance portfolio, including SME-focused products, bespoke schemes, and a personal cyber solution. Personally underwrite risks across multiple lines, ensuring alignment with delegated authority and capacity appetite. Lead a team of underwriters, conduct file reviews, manage referrals, and ensure underwriting quality and consistency across all products.Design, build, and maintain OSR’s proprietary broker and customer portal using Instanda — coding new features, implementing infrastructure improvements, and delivering continuous updates based on market and broker feedback. Manage API integrations with third-party platforms (e.g, Recorder) to expand broker distribution, and work with Acturis to onboard OSR’s products onto their e-trade facility.Act as the lead representative for annual capacity audits, presenting OSR’s underwriting performance, governance controls, and operational insight to provider partners. Oversee the cyber claims function, working with capacity, brokers, and insureds to ensure responsive, efficient, and client-focused outcomes, while feeding trend analysis into product and operational decisions.Deliver cyber insurance training across OSR’s broker network, supporting confident market engagement. Lead credit control and reconciliation across all distribution channels. Support the delivery of cyber risk services such as dark web monitoring, phishing simulation, and breach detection. Contribute to OSR’s growth strategy, market communications, and national award recognition.
