ABOUT JERLENE PANDIAN
I’m a fourth-year Co-op Psychology specialist at the University of Toronto Scarborough and a thesis student in the Laboratory for Infant Studies, where my research examines how sensory play and early motor experiences can better support early learning and childcare environments. My experience includes clinical research at CAMH’s Brain Health Imaging Lab and community work with neurodiverse children and families through Autism Centre. I also serve as Director of Events with the Psychology & Neuroscience Departmental Association (PNDA) and as a Senior Resource Centre Assistant at the Centre for Teaching & Learning, focused on making academic and mental health resources more accessible. With hands-on experience in early childhood education, I’m deeply committed to mentorship, community building, and early clinical support. Always open to connecting with others in psychology, education, and mental health.
