I drive to create a work environment where it becomes easy for colleagues to get involved in a dialogue about the business and be involved in work methods, development opportunities and together get a consensus on the motives that drive, profits and goals and how we can organize ourselves on best way to work a little smarter and more efficient. In this reasoning, the picture of my leadership role becomes clear. The individual\'s independence and competence are both challenged and supported by me as a leader and derived from clearly set goals for the business. I have easy to establish long-term contacts, it lays a good foundation for good atmosphere and good work. This, together with a coaching and situational leadership that meets people with different needs in a genuine and human way, I experience creating a productive and \"high ceiling atmosphere\". My role in a management team I see based on the company\'s whole picture and greatest contribution is that I can see improvement potential, propose initiatives to develop the business and its competitiveness. I enjoy building overall strategies and at the same time being the driving force behind implementation.
