Directly responsible for providing a partnership-based and success driven platform of operational guidance, strategy focused goals, and global level accountability of desired successes through the use of fundamental leadership principles, systematic industry processes and employee-centered development that engages, enhances and encourages optimal performance, exponential growth, productivity, protection, and profitability.Supporting a diverse hotel portfolio consisting of upscale limited service, select service, extended stay, full-service/boutique, and independent properties (IHG, Hilton, Choice Hotels, Hyatt) by providing above-property and local level leadership, oversight, audit and accountability. Provide generalized and specific direction, guidance, or expertise to hotel level leadership and front-line staff regarding overall operational performance, hotel brand standards, guest service/relations, technical support, effective training concepts and hotel service development opportunities. Continually engaged in monitoring hotel procedural and operational endeavors regarding employee relations, talent retention, human resource functions, staff training, FY budgeting, labor and expense control, reporting responsibilities, accounting requirements, OTA/public reputation management and brand GSS rankings. Collectively and cohesively work with all team levels and stakeholders including partners, clients, ownership, management, direct reports, local staff, and brand representatives to identify opportunities for improvement, champion service enhancements, implement task agendas, prioritize action plans, implement policies/procedures, and ensure continuous follow-up of commitments to standards of performance excellence are met.
