Seasoned HR executive with progressive experience in all aspects of human resource management. Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-SCP. Member of the national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and member of the Bluegrass Society for Human Resource Management (BGSHRM), including serving on the Board of Directors in various roles. Prior to joining Comfort Systems USA, Vice President of HR & Marketing at Amteck, a leading national electrical contractor; Vice President of HR at Viamedia, a national advertising rep firm; HR Director for Gray, Inc, a national construction management firm; HR Business Partner supporting the Corporate and Consumer Products Divisions with Lexmark International; and Director of Operations & HR at a local benefits consulting firm.
