As the Surfacing Manager, I manage revenue of $8 million+ every FY. This includes all the PNCC, and MDC Maintenance AC works, Kiwi rail crossings across Manawatu Whanganui, Manawatu Gorge Major Project AC works, Helping out Wellington FH in WTA and local contract works.I oversee all phases of Pavement AC Surfacing Projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to Quality Standards. My role includes leading and coordinating the Surfacing team of 12 direct reports including Engineers, Managing Costs and cost forecasting, Pricing, Planning, Scheduling, Resource management, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and client requirements.Through the different departments, I engage and maintain strong relationships with our key clients, including WTA, Palmerston North City Council, Manawatu District Council, and NZTA.
