Support the site Process Safety Management process by developing procedures and work processes based on Corporate Standards and Guides, training and mentoring staff on PSM topics. Resolve Process Safety issues and provide leadership to the site in the area of Process Safety.Responsibilities:• HEMP- Hazards and Effects Register o Communicate the contents of the register to site management o Train PAR staff on the use of the register o Update the Hazard Register as required• Conduct Risk assessments as required to address gaps in Process Safety and assist site personnel in implementing mitigations. • Coordinate Process Hazard Analyses. • Develop and provide training on PSM related topics.• Coordinate Facility Siting activities.• Conduct / Facilitate Management of Change.• Develop tools and processes as required to maintain compliance with Regulatory and Corporate requirements.• Track / Investigate / Report LOPC incidents. • Report PSM Site Metrics to Refinery Leadership.
