Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about helping brands navigate complex marketplaces, scale strategically, and unlock sustainable growth opportunities. With a background spanning supply chain, distribution, eCommerce, and brand management, I bring a 360-degree perspective on what it takes to succeed in today’s dynamic digital and retail landscape. My journey began in supply chain management with a 150-year-old distributor in the Chicago area where I developed a deep understanding of global logistics, operations, and product distribution. From there, I transitioned to Grainger, where I played a key role in Zoro.com’s eCommerce expansion, gaining firsthand experience in B2C digital strategy and operational excellence. Looking to broaden my expertise, I moved into brand management at Unilever, where I helped shape Blueair’s digital presence, accelerating its growth on Amazon and other marketplaces. This experience brought me into marketplace consulting, where I’ve committed my career to helping brands thrive in the evolving e-commerce ecosystem. At Podean, I draw upon my deep expertise in distribution, brand ownership, and agency leadership to drive marketplace expansion, category leadership, and global brand success. Having worked as a distributor, brand owner, and now an agency leader, I understand the challenges and opportunities brands face from every angle, allowing me to craft strategies that are execution and long term focused.
