Provide communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders (IMPACT, VEDA). Help run agile team, track reporting, lead meetings, and maintain project timelines. Engage across teams in a dynamic environment, remaining flexible and teachable. Support presentation and data package development. Provide meeting support to include scheduling, logistics, setup, integration of presentation materials, and real-time meeting support. Track Program data including action items, safety metrics, data package deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and external communication. Support Event Planning to include on-site and off-site technically oriented meetings, programmatic reviews, working groups, panels and boards. Ensure compliance and perform quality checks to ensure information and data is consistent with policies, standardized formats, and export control requirements. Perform Building and Safety Support. Perform Organizational IT Manager functions including maintaining IT inventory, managing IT service requests, IT service/product purchases and knowledge of NASA’s IT policies and procedures. Onboard and support new team members, support drafting, editing, and implementation of program and/or project documents.
