Eric Nicely is an Assurance Partner in PwC’s Alternative Investments Practice New York office where he provides business advice on the financial and operational aspects of complex transactions and their related impacts. He has also been involved in a number of structured financing transactions throughout his career. He has also been involved in start-up enterprises and provided business advice during their formation and early growth stages.Eric currently serves alternative investments clients, where he is the lead engagement partner, and business advisor to alternative investment funds of all kinds, including business development corporations, private equity funds, hedge funds, publicly listed funds, REITs, film financing vehicles, fund-of-funds and investment advisors.
