HPI is the largest full service real estate company in Central Texas with a 30 year track record of developing, acquiring, managing and leasing commercial real estate across the Central United States. We are looking to leverage that knowledge, the platform of over 200 employees, and a strong balance sheet to partner with other real estate investors and developers through GP sponsorship/investment. This would potentially include providing pursuit costs, GP co-investment, debt guarantees, and utilizing the entirety of the HPI in-house expertise to maximize returns. We would consider all property types on a national basis, including niche strategies in Seniors Housing and Self-Storage.
