About Jerica Stacey
Jerica Stacey has over a decade of experience in the development, adoption, and implementation of building energy codes and standards, as well as with energy code compliance evaluations and field studies, and energy efficiency program evaluations. Prior to joining the Code Council, Jerica was an integral part of the codes and standards practice area at Cadmus, bringing innovation to her leadership roles on code studies of all types—from enforcement and compliance to savings attribution. She oversaw program evaluation tasks, such as designing and fielding surveys and interview guides, benchmarking program characteristics, analyzing program and evaluation data, and assisting with cost-effectiveness analysis and reporting. Jerica also previously worked as an energy code consultant with the Britt/Makela Group and a project specialist for the Risk and Decision Sciences Group at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, where she contributed to projects under the U.S. Department of Energy’s Building Energy Codes program.
