I have the privilege to instruct first year nursing students in the Nursing Fundamentals course at Ashland University, College of Nursing. This course consists of lecture, simulation laboratory, skills lab, and clinical. I will continue to share my passion for the \"4c\'s\" in nursing; compassion, caring, competence, and creativity.I also have the privilege to teach the seniors in their last semester in AU\'s Advanced Simulation Course, and Adult Complex Health. In this courses, students are presented with complex cases to assess, diagnose, plan, implement nursing strategies, and evaluate care in an acute care setting. These courses allow me to experience full growth from the students first nursing clinical course through their last course just before graduation.
