MA, ACC, ADDC, MFTC Experienced in CBT, DBT, IFS, MISystemic Sand Tray certified and EMDR trained.I am passionate about providing a holistic recovery for individuals struggling with addiction. As an addiction therapist I\'ve conducted comprehensive assessments to determine clients needs and develop person centered treatment plans. I\'ve designed and facilitated therapy groups for individuals affected by addiction which incorporate mindfulness and art therapy tools. Using evidence based therapeutic modalities, my work with clients individually helps address underlying issues contributing to addiction. Facilitating sand tray sessions assists clients externalize and process complex emotions, trauma, and subconscious thoughts, contributing to a deeper understanding of their addiction.Family therapy sessions enhance the support system and address any familial dynamics related to addiction. Many clients chose to continue individual and family sessions post treatment.
