With over 9 years of experience managing operations, contracts, and compliance across nonprofit, public, and mission-driven teams, I specialize in translating complexity into clear, usable systems that scale.My background spans everything from managing a $13M USAID-funded water infrastructure portfolio to coordinating 70+ hybrid retreats and trainings for clients like the World Bank and U.S. Forest Service. I’ve designed approval workflows, built onboarding tools, managed $200K payrolls, and responded to audit inquiries under pressure.
