About Jeremy Wilkins

I contribute powerfully in all phases of a user-centered design and development process: collecting and tagging user data to distill requirements, developing clean and responsive APIs, and designing accessible user interfaces that invite and reward interaction—regardless of the device. I attend to the wider ecology of team, organization, users, and market by encouraging frequent retrospectives and creating opportunities (e.g, lean coffees, lightning talks) for knowledge-share and engagement. I facilitate empathic, action-oriented communication among and between teams (having served in account manager, developer, and creative roles).I have cultivated a user-centered design practice, running the gamut from persona modeling and task-based user testing to fully realized user stories.I am well-versed in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (browser and NodeJS), and a variety of associated libraries and frameworks. I have used AngularJS at depth.I have worked extensively in the Java ecosystem (SpringSource Certified), and am most comfortable in open source. I am interested in writing more Clojure.
