ABOUT JEREMY S. SNOW

Jeremy S. Snow is a planner, veteran, and entrepreneur with 22 years of experience spanning military civil engineering, city planning, environmental work, small-business ownership and coaching, nonprofit leadership, and media and marketing. He has worked in both private and public sector roles, engaging stakeholders and communities with a collaborative approach. Recognized as a leader in his military career and in his community, Jeremy has received specialty awards and decorations for his service, commitment, and impact.As a lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri, Jeremy’s perspective has been shaped by both his Midwestern roots and his work on projects across the nation and internationally. This gives him a unique, holistic approach and a boundless energy that he brings to every endeavor.From 2010 to 2018, Jeremy served as an active advocate in the American Planning Association, holding leadership positions and establishing himself as an emerging planner. He later chose to step away from the formal planning profession to pursue regional impact through entrepreneurship—founding, coaching, and marketing small businesses—while continuing to serve as a citizen planner. During this time, he worked with nonprofits and local initiatives as a vocal advocate for inspiring positive change in his community.After seven years of diversifying his path, Jeremy made the bold decision to uproot all he knew to embrace the salt life of Southwest Florida. In May 2025, he joined Barraco & Associates, Inc, where he now leads the company’s planning department. Jeremy brings an eclectic blend of technical expertise, creativity, and leadership to site planning, land development, and zoning. Thrilled to be in Fort Myers, he jokes that he’s the only “Snow” people will see in Florida—carrying with him the same vision, drive, and commitment that has defined his career from the start.
