As a Learning and Development Specialist, I develop a variety of compelling and engaging learning and development solutions that drive individual and organizational results for business units within a defined programmatic learning model. Primary Responsibilities: • Deliver learning solutions and facilitate training sessions through in-person, and Virtual training environments, or a hybrid of bot depending on learner needs • Facilitate new employee orientation through In-person and virtual training and own full course process by building Sessions, inviting attendees, and informing managers of the process for onboarding, and onsite badge access reminders. • Administrate the LMS for the enterprise, including maintaining the Course catalog, publishing courses, updating transcripts, creating and assigning curriculum, and reporting to senior leaders and stakeholders, etc. • Identify business unit or support function performance objectives to determine appropriate learning solution • Collaborate with Learning Leaders and stakeholders to design programs based on needs analysis to determine knowledge and/or skills performance gaps and identify appropriate learning solution • Design and deliver high quality discovery documents, proposals, storyboards, product drafts and final work products • Partner in an agile fashion with subject matter experts, business owners, executives, and developers to garner support and engagement in delivering performance objectives • Support multiple learning solutions; monitor, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and provide recommendations for modification as appropriate • Utilize a variety of learning technologies, channels and mediums to create and deliver engaging learning experiences appropriate to the audience and environment • Support enterprise project and business-led initiatives through planning and implementing training, learning, and performance improvement strategies to achieve employee readiness
