ABOUT JEREMY SCHULTZ

Former engineer turned communications leader translating complex technology, AI, and strategy into clear, human stories. I help organizations make sense of complicated systems and ideas so employees, leaders, and the public can actually understand them.Well, hello there! I\'m an outcomes-driven communications leader that likes to get his hands dirty (I do prefer, however, to keep the mountain bike mostly upright). As a former engineer, I bring precision, depth, and technical know-how to devour complexity and produce plain-language, human, and compelling communications. What drives me is to learn (the more crammed with complications, the better), connect, translate, and help teammates and businesses succeed.I believe you can only really understand what you\'re communicating by writing about it, after wrestling with it (and hopefully talking to other smart colleagues about it, too). That\'s where the novel insights, the illuminating details, the rhythmic fun-to-read prose emerges. And then you can tune it and shape it for the channels and tactics where your audience lives (AI can help with this part, but you better be careful with it).I enjoy the big picture strategy and the hands-on execution. I’ve led global content and social strategy for a company; built audiences through clever editorial and SEO, social media, and scrappy paid promotion; wrote every kind of story and creative feature longish and tweet (even an all-company newsletter people sent me thank-you notes for); handled all manner of executive, crisis, internal (my first love), and external communications; and I\'ve built and managed high-performing teams. I love to learn, laugh, and I\'m not afraid to click that daunting PUBLISH or SEND button. Thanks for clicking \"more\" and stopping by:)
