Promote and facilitate Warehouse & Distribution Management/Supply Chain and Production Support integrated solutions. Design and implement client specific improvements in material movement, logistics, warehousing and distribution. Serve as lead in new business acquisition and development for potential clients within this vertical. Work directly with operations teams to provide best in class solutions including: Labor, Process optimization, Facility layout and engineering, Optimized technology, along with Client specific safety audits and program implementation. Other responsibilities are:• Vetting and monitoring of Warehouse and Distribution vendors and pricing• Development of marketing and training material for both internal sales and operations as well as client facing marketing material• Develop targeting methodology for building new clients and analyzing and interpreting the needs of existing CBPS clients• Assist in the development of pricing strategy for core services related to Warehouse and Distribution services• Assist Human Resources department to properly identify, recruit and train employees for the Warehouse and Distribution vertical• Collaborate with current customers in identifying process improvement projects(Lean, Six Sigma, etc.), systems selection, metrics development, safety culture and training to streamline operations and maximize employee contributions
