About Jeremy Williams

I co-chair the civil rights and employment litigation practice group at Lee Segui. In that role, I fight for the rights of employees and consumers in complex litigation and class actions throughout the country. Those cases include representing employees in litigation over their retirement plans, class actions against major tech and insurance companies for unpaid sales commissions, and representing individual employees that have been wrongfully terminated, discriminated against, or haven\'t been paid the sales commissions they earned. I also have substantial experience litigating consumer protection and products liability class actions and have helped lead the prosecution of many large class action lawsuits and multi-district litigation proceedings throughout the country.
