Zscaler (Web Filter) Project- Zscaler Application (ZApp agent) testing, design, policy management, and deployment to the enterprise - PAC file evaluation, design, and management using JavaScript - Troubleshoot website/application issues using Wireshark/Fiddler, etc- Align with a variety of internal business partners to meet their access restrictions/needs via the use of Zscaler’s PAC files/policies - Weekly change activities: change request submissions for approval, testing, and implementation- Work with Zscaler Support to improve/correct configurations, bug fixes, enhancement requests, etc- Collaborate with a large team to meet project deadlines, address issues, and improve end user experience/expectations.
