At National Veterinary Associates, I have quickly progressed from a Hospital Manger to my current role as a Multi-Site Hospital Manager and Peer Development Partner.As a Hospital Manager, I managed all hospital operations and ensured a high level of client service and patient care. This included all financial planning and management, establishing goals for each practice, and action planning to meet or exceed those goals. In addition, I managed labor costs, addressed staffing needs, recruited and developed a high-performing team, and developed and implemented hospital policies focused on areas such as recognition, accountability, and client service.As a Multi-Site Hospital Manager, I continue to manage my home hospital while taking on the added responsibility of managing a secondary site in the Cincinnati market. I oversee the operations of all hospitals, working closely with the leadership teams at each site to address staffing needs, and provided coaching and support to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality care across all locations.
