Responsible for building a Third Party Risk Management program, working with internal business lines and key subject matter experts to manage the risk exposure which arises from engaging with Third Party Service Providers (TSP) that deliver products and services to BSB. This includes the identification, analysis, reporting, and control of risks that exist within these relationships throughout the third party life cycle to ensure compliance with internal policies, standards and procedures, laws, and regulations. Support the development, deployment, and execution of the third party risk management framework and partner with General Counsel, Accounting and other members of management to refine and administer the Third Party Risk Management program. • Ensure risk is being managed for assigned business lines throughout third party life cycle (on boarding, planning, due diligence, contract, transition, on-going management, and off boarding). • Coordinate with TSP business line owners, third party service provider and designated subject matter experts (SME) to develop and facilitate risk management strategy; execute third party control risk assessment to identify control weaknesses. Ensure remediation action plans are properly documented, and monitor action plans through resolution.
