   With a diverse background in mobile technology and software development, I joined B2W to support the launch of the company’s first SaaS product in 2016, B2W Inform. Immediate responsibilities focused on project coordination, collaboration, and accelerating the release timeline. To support aggressive sales initiatives, I developed new implementation, training, and professional services programs, wrote technical support documentation, implemented response protocols, and collaborated on the development of new marketing campaigns. Ongoing responsibilities include daily contributions to the (Agile) development and QA teams, managing the B2W Inform services team, partnering with cross-function entities to drive continuous improvement, growing sales for new and existing business, and upholding a customer-focused product vision.
