Jeremy is an accomplished neutral-arbitrating and mediating complex disputes worldwide-with offices in Phoenix, Arizona, and Mexico City, Mexico. Jeremy is a panelist on the American Arbitration Association National Arbitrator Panel (Commercial and Consumer) and National Mediator Panel-as well as other distinguished domestic and international panels. Formerly general counsel of a large financial institution, Jeremy continues to work as a as a transaction, regulatory, and trial attorney for a select group of financial institutions and other creditors. Jeremy has significant litigation experience representing clients in complex bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditors’ rights issues, as well as pre-litigation workout of defaulted credits. Jeremy’s varied transaction experience includes loan workout involving complex lending relationships, and Jeremy has regularly counseled servicers of securitized commercial loan portfolios in connection with commercial loan assumptions and defeasances, among other issues. Jeremy’s legal advice is informed by his practical banking experience, having worked in the Consumer and Small Business Divisions of Bank of America and the Corporate Trust Division of Wells Fargo.
