Product acquisition includes everything from signing up for free trials to purchasing your first product to upgrading plans or features. The Customer Engagement Platform provides personalized context and messaging in our customer connection points, whether that\'s the experience you get calling in to one of our Guides, the content you see on GoDaddy.com, or the email messages we send you. Previously at GoDaddy, I lead a team of product managers and program managers responsible for the data and analytics platform (powering everything from corporate results dashboards to customized marketing campaigns and product experiences) and the authentication platform (including sign-up/sign-in UX and funnels and underlying platform architecture, for both GoDaddy customers and their own customers)
