I’ve been a serial entrepreneur and card-carrying small business fanatic ever since my wife and I started our first business over twenty years ago. My business career has spanned professional services, food and beverage, e-commerce, sustainability, and digital marketing. I’ve started and grown two businesses: an online retail company and a digital marketing agency.I spent many years of my career helping businesses grow through digital marketing, but frequently encountered barriers to growth that marketing simply couldn’t influence: issues rooted in clarity of vision, organizational accountability, and/or team health. In this chapter of my career, I decided to move my attention further “upstream”, and help businesses iron out the root causes of their issues.I’ve been using the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) in various capacities since 2012 to help entrepreneurs and their leadership teams get more of what they want from their businesses, and have loved every minute of it.
