I am a Principal Product Manager for.NET web backends at Microsoft. My personal mission is to empower developers to be their best. In 2020 I was diagnosed with Young Onset Parkinsons Disease, and I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the non-profit Young Onset Parkinson\'s Network. I worked on enterprise software for 30 years and focused on \"line of business\" web apps since the late 90\'s. I worked in leadership roles for most of my career and am equally comfortable and adept as an individual contributor. I owned my own business, managed P&L for a profitable multi-million-dollar consulting practice and joined a startup as the third employee that I served as Director of IT for 5 years before a major company later purchased it for $1.5 billion. I\'m a published book author in multiple languages, prolific freelance writer, former show host (Channel 9\'s \"On.NET\" series), and an international and keynote speaker. I am not looking for other job opportunities at the moment.
