ABOUT JEREMY KOLBE

My career has been built on providing the highest quality work and results. I have gained experience through various positions within the construction industry and have most enjoyed being a part of growing companies. I am passionate about fast paced work environments, collaboration with other construction professionals, and delighting clients.As the Vice President of Operations for Ironmark Building Company, I provide an acute focus on Operational Excellence. I am responsible for all project management and field operations.My professional construction career began as an Estimator and Project Manager at M. Ecker and Co. in Chicago, IL in 1998. A year later, I moved to Minneapolis, MN and spent the next 9 years, first as a Superintendent then as a Project Manager, with Pulte Homes. In July of 2007, I accepted a position with Weis Builders in Minneapolis, MN as a Construction Superintendent. After working through several challenging projects, I was promoted to Weis Builders\' Corporate Quality Assurance Manager. In April of 2014, I joined RWC, LLC as a General Superintendent. As the company continued to grow, I accepted a position as Director Operations in January of 2018. In November of 2019, I was promoted to Vice President of Operations. After purchasing a part of RWC in December of 2019, my fellow Partners and I rebranded and proudly introduced Ironmark Building Company in January of 2020. We continue our role as a leading General Contractor in the Twin Cities market.
