I\'ve always wanted to know how and why stuff worked. As a kid, I couldn\'t just play with the toy; I had to take it apart! I still have that drive for deeper understanding, but today instead of toys, I focus on business processes, challenges, technology, and strategy. I am passionate about understanding organizations and using the Salesforce platform to help them flourish to the greatest extent possible. We don\'t have to use systems which force people into clunky molds when Salesforce has given us boxes of LEGO blocks to use in dreaming and building the tools the organization needs.
