I have a unique combination of working in consulting, where I’ve had experience inside the complex systems of dozens of Fortune500 companies (and some of the most highly regarded technical teams in the world) as well as in-house at places like The New York Times. Throughout it all, my career has been defined by my ability to drive complex projects from inception to completion while continuously balancing between technical expert and business leader. A few career highlights: Spearheading a $150M global SAP cloud implementation for ConocoPhillips, overseeing Engineering Infrastructure and DevOPs for every phase of multiple global rollouts. Acting as a key advisor on the Technical Architecture Board for one Tech Giant and contributing to significant decisions on Git-based DevOps and integration infrastructure. Managing diverse teams of 4 to 150+ at PwC with ownership of budgeting, staffing, project planning, and delivery. Helming mentorship programs and leading initiatives to upskill the team. Introducing a new iteration of Agile methodology at PwC to cut project delivery times by months and drastically improve estimation accuracy.
