Jeremy Hlavacek is an experienced executive leader known for transforming companies in the marketing services, media and advertising industry by leveraging modern data and technology solutions to drive innovation and growth. Jeremy was an early pioneer of the programmatic advertising space and built some of the first programmatic advertising businesses on both the buy and sell side of the industry.As Chief Commercial Officer at Experian Marketing Services, Jeremy accelerated digital transformation and growth by integrating the commercial operations of Experian’s legacy targeting business and the recently acquired Tapad digital identity business. Prior to Experian, Jeremy\'s innovative work at the privately held Weather Company transformed the company from a traditional cable television network to a data and technology platform purchased by IBM for $2.5B. The company was rebranded as Watson Advertising where Jeremy served as CRO and grew the business to record levels through product innovation and GTM reinvention. Before The Weather Company, Jeremy helped build one of the first agency trading desks in the programmatic industry – Varick Media Management. He struck the key deals with leading ad tech companies that became the foundation of the company. He also built out the VMM team and rebuilt the operating and financial model for the business.Earlier in his career, Jeremy held leadership roles at large global ad agencies, successfully exited tech startups and web 1.0 operations.
