Key operational activity - Development of sales program, funnel, hiring and targets - Development and execution of end-to-end performance marketing program and overview of KPI, brand, creative and lead generation activity - Daily operational activity including HR systems, facility and logistics - Investor relations and legal requirements - Overview and sign off of all legal activity - Partner relationship management including contract development, negotiations and execution - Business development for medical and aesthetic divisions - Implementation of HR system and benefits program - Overview of financing and fundraising activity - Business strategy and advisory to the board - Monetization strategies
