Reporting to the VP of Operational Excellence & Fulfillment, with a focus on driving operational efficiency and elevating the customer experience.Key responsibilities:• Lead and coach a high-performing remote team, ensuring priorities are clear, blockers are removed, and goals are met ahead of schedule.• Oversee all pre-launch inventory processes, acting as the central link between inventory planning, logistics, and fulfillment to mitigate risks and ensure launch-day accuracy.• Manage “available to ship” inventory and order workflows, maintaining SLA compliance and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.• Partner cross-functionally with CX and Fulfillment teams to balance operational efficiency with exceptional service.• Implement data-driven fraud prevention strategies — analyzing patterns, identifying abuse, and tracking KPIs — to reduce losses and protect revenue.• Collaborate with the data team to enhance reporting, streamline processes, and increase operational efficiency.
