For almost three decades, I have led the small but mighty team at Riviera Advisors. We are a globally-facing, highly specialized team of former organizational Talent Acquisition leaders who have built one of the most successful boutique management consulting firms in the world, specifically focused on helping organizations improve and optimize their own internal Talent Acquisition functions. Myself and my team focus on guiding Talent Acquisition and Human Resources leaders in creating a more effective Talent Acquisition function. We often start with clients engaging us to conduct an assessment of their Recruiting function- we do this through our own tested methodology, leveraging a very specific discovery and analysis process that provides us with the ability to provide a highly unbiased set of assessment observations and recommendations on how to improve and optimize the Talent Acquisition function. We also work with clients to help them implement our recommendations, through project and program management support, coaching and advising, and other consulting services to improve hiring speed, cost, quality, diversity, and stakeholder satisfaction.Riviera Advisors is also proud of the more than graduates of our various customized Talent Acquisition Skills Academy and Talent Acquisition Leadership Academy workshops and training programs we have conducted around the world.
