Built Seller External Relations’ Education team to 7 Sr. Business Developers, Public Speakers, and Program Managers who delivered over 300 education events, off-the-record briefings, podcast appearances, and conference and keynote participation to over 100 national, international, and local trade associations, chambers of commerce, policymakers, think tanks, and industry influencers. •Developed company-wide seller-experience messaging frameworks used by business leaders, public policy, public relations, and strategic communications. These frameworks informed our marketing content and off-the-record briefing strategy, resulting in over 60 announcement briefings with partners and driving over 4M in organic impressions of partner and influencer coverage.•Created Speaker Training program for Amazon employees, training over 40 Sr Managers and Directors for external speaking engagements with influencers, policymakers, and third-party leaders in both English and Spanish through 2025 and driving over 1M in organic impressions through content. •Launched our NextGen (under 30) perception strategy, owning partnerships with national NextGen chambers and universities to inform partner organization policy priorities and integrate ecommerce education into business schools. •Designed metrics for measuring perception, including using external tools to scan increased positive coverage of Amazon amongst partners. Team engagements in 2024 drove 258 positive mentions of Amazon in coverage, an increase of over 200% YoY and beating goal by over 70%, resulting in Amazon’s North America Seller Business highlighting this workstream as one of two wins in 2024•Managed Seller External Relations’ 2024 Operational Planning Cycle and Q1 2024 Business Review with VPs.
