Key Contributions: Securing the Federal Government.gov Domain: Led the Homeland Security CISA CDM, and ongoing assessment task force for developing integrated cybersecurity solutions using NIST 800.53 Standards. Utilized commercial solutions such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to build 100% visibility for every piece of hardware, software, and users on multiple agency network. Results: Covered over 80% of the.gov domain and directly supported transition for the USDA, VA, DOI, DOT/FAA, DOE, OPM, and MAX.gov. US Marine Corps Logistics Tool Development: Co-authored and led an analytical logistics tool for logisticians to complete a Logistics Funding Requirement Spending Summary (LFRS). Employed Visual Basic to develop interface that “interviews” the user, an integrated help feature, and extensive logistics model database. Results: Started as a prototype and program success led to ongoing revenue development for BAH of more than $10M over 10 years. Serve as continuous project manager – maintaining tools, developing new solutions, and training 700+ users per year. US Navy Submarine Cyber Undersea Cybersecurity Action Board (UCAB) Integrated Product Team Lead: Took known system deficiencies and tracked, prioritized, and implemented maintenance procedures to mitigate cyber-attack risk. Results: Developed ongoing root cause analysis and issue resolution, reporting structure, and threat response for undersea cybersecurity domain.
